Biography:

Jim Critchlow spent 20 years in the Army, serving in the US, Europe, Korea, the Persian Gulf, and Bosnia as an Infantry Officer. His last assignment was as Special Operations Command Manager at the Pentagon. He began studying Greek in the evenings, spent a semester in Jerusalem, and started the MDiv in 1996. He found his niche in Hebrew with Dr. Gary Pratico & in Greek with Dr. Bill Mounce. He completed the MDiv, served with A Christian Ministry in the National Parks at the North East Gate of Yellowstone. He returned for the MA in Biblical Languages and then Edinburgh for doctorate. He revels in teaching the languages to students who struggle with a foreign language. He also is lead mentor for the Military Ministry track of the Doctor of Ministry with his Navy Admiral friend, Blues Baker. Go Army! Beat Navy!
