Biography:

 Dr. Vander Lugt is Lead Pastor of Warehouse 242 near uptown Charlotte, a church for the city committed to creativity, justice, and missional living. Before coming to Charlotte, Wes was involved in church planting in St Andrews, Scotland, while pursuing his PhD at the University of St Andrews in the area of Theology, Imagination, and the Arts. His research and teaching interests include theology and the arts, spiritual formation, theological ethics, theology and culture, and Reformed theology. Dr. Vander Lugt is married to Stephanie who works as the Inmates Services Manager at Changed Choices. They have three children: Eden, Beata, and Chalmer.
