GCTS Helpdesk & IT Department

GCTS_helpdesk_image     At Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, the Helpdesk exists to enable the staff to minister effectively to Gordon-Conwell students through the creation and maintenance of IT and Media infrastructures which better serve the needs of the students, faculty, and staff.

     Our primary commitment is to support the staff at Gordon-Conwell with IT-related issues.  We also provide services to faculty and students. This is accomplished through the installation and maintenance of printers, computers, wired and wireless networking, email, the CAMS database, and other hardware and software.

     IT Helpdesk workers are part of a team which includes the IT Helpdesk, Media Services, the Network Administrators, and the Chief Information Officer.
