An official transcript is a certified statement of your academic record at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. Official transcripts are printed on security sensitive paper containing the seal of Gordon-Conwell and the signature of the Registrar. Coursework completed for different degrees at Gordon-Conwell will appear on separate sections of the transcript. When a transcript is released it contains a complete record of all academic work at Gordon-Conwell. Your transcript lists all completed courses with grades and all courses in progress. For your protection, we will not release an official transcript without your signature.
In order to release your official transcript in a timely fashion, please provide the information listed below when you make your request. For your convenience we recommend that you complete our Transcript Request Form to ensure that all required information is provided.
Transcripts requests can be made by mail, by fax, in person, or can be scanned and attached to an email. All transcripts are issued from the Registration Office at Gordon-Conwell's main campus in South Hamilton, Massachusetts even if a student attended a different campus. However, any questions regarding what appears on transcripts that have been issued should be directed to the Registration Office at the student's home campus. Under no circumstances will a transcript request be honored if made by phone. Electronic signatures are not accepted by Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.
