A view of the stepped
entryway from the south with Crypts B (lower) and C (upper) on the
northern side of the tomb. The meter stick is resting on the sixth
step. Note that the stone wall that creates the southern side of
Crypt B is constructed over the sixth and seventh steps. Tomb 1 had
six rock-hewn and two constructed crypts. Crypt C is rock-hewn; Crypt
B is a later construction.
