Dates and Deadlines

Financial aid is awarded to students on a "rolling basis." However, having the application completed by priority deadline ensures timely correspondence of financial aid.

Financial aid award letters are emailed to students (provided both the FAFSA and GCTS FinAid Application have been submitted). Letters will list any loan eligibility and any expected funding from other sources reported by the student on the GCTS form. The Award Acceptance Statement (Financial Aid award letter, pg. 2) must be completed, signed and returned to the Financial Aid Office before any loan may be processed (along with the MPN and Entrance, if the student is a new GCTS borrower).
