Dates and Deadlines - Hamilton
Financial aid is awarded to Hamilton campus students on a "rolling basis" until all funds are allocated. However, having the application completed by the stated "Priority Deadline" ensures consideration for the maximum number of financial aid options.
Financial aid award letters are emailed beginning May 1 and ongoing from that time. We wait to award students until all scholarship recipient lists are received from various departments. Financial aid award letters will list any scholarships awarded and loan eligibility (if both FAFSA and GCTS have been submitted) and any funding from other sources expected and reported by the student on the GCTS form.
The Award Acceptance Statement (page 2 of the emailed Financial Aid award letter) must be completed, signed and returned to the Financial Aid office before any loan is processed (along with the MPN and Entrance, if a new student loan borrower at GCTS).
