Dates and Deadlines - Hamilton
Financial aid is awarded to Hamilton campus students on a "rolling basis" until all funds are allocated. However, having the application completed by the stated "Priority Deadline" ensures consideration for the maximum number of financial aid options.
Financial aid award letters are emailed beginning May 1 and ongoing from that time. We wait to award students until all scholarship recipient lists are received from various departments. Letters will list any scholarships awarded, loan eligibility (both FAFSA and GCTS must be in) and any funding from other sources expected and reported by the student on the GCTS form.
The Award Acceptance Statement (Financial Aid award letter, pg. 2) must be completed, signed and returned to the Financial Aid office before any loan is processed (along with the MPN and Entrance, if new).
