Welcome to Gordon-Conwell!

Congratulations! If you’ve been accepted with plans to come to our Hamilton campus, here is some important information you need to know and act upon.

New Student Welcome Week Information:

What you’ll need:

Immunizations

In keeping with Massachusetts State Regulations, you will be required to have certain immunizations and submit documentation to the Registration Office. Please review the details and required forms on our Immunization & TB Screening  forms page in Canvas.

Official Final Undergraduate Transcript

  • The Registration Office must have a copy of your official undergraduate transcript on file. Please note that to be deemed official, your undergraduate transcript must:
    • show degree completion and date awarded
    • be sent directly to Gordon-Conwell from your undergraduate institution (secure electronic versions are accepted)
  • Transcripts submitted to the Admissions Office with your application are only official if the date of graduation is recorded and it was sent directly to the Admissions Office by your institution.

Health Insurance

  • In accordance with Massachusetts law, all Hamilton students enrolled in six or more credit hours on campus must have “suitable” health insurance.
  • Already have insurance? Read the instructions and complete the online waiver form.
  • Want more information on the Massachusetts Health Insurance Requirements & student health insurance? Click here.
  • You may also want to use the Massachusetts Health Connector to shop around for options.
  • Students who do not provide proof of other appropriate health insurance will be automatically enrolled & billed for Gordon-Conwell’s student health insurance in order to remain in compliance with state law.  Please see our Student Health Insurance info page for details.  

Registration

  • Registration is only open to students who have submitted their Notification of Intent and Matriculation Fee. New students will be notified via email when registration is available to them.
  • Please read through the online registration instructions prior to registering online.
  • Check out the available courses and take a look at your degree checksheet to view specific course requirements.
  • Want to test out of Exploring the Old Testament and Exploring the New Testament? Or Greek and/or Hebrew?
    • Sign up for the exams and reserve your spot. Online reservation form is available on the Forms & Petitions page
  • Want Transfer Credit?  Submit your evaluation early by completing our evaluation request form found on Forms & Petitions page.

Fall and Spring Office Hours:
Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (closed for lunch 12-1 p.m.)
Wednesday closed for chapel at 11:00 a.m.
