All forms must be submitted by the deadlines listed in the Academic Calendar found in the Student Handbook. Forms may be turned in directly to the Registration Office, placed through the mail slot in the office door, dropped off at the campus mailroom, scanned and emailed, mailed or faxed to the Registration Office:

Most registration actions may now be completed online. If online registration is not an option, please submit a Registration Form along with a completed Biographical Data Sheet to register for the first time within a semester. If you are making subsequent changes to your schedule, please use an Add, Drop, Withdrawal Form. If you submit a paper form, it will be processed in a timely fashion. Please check the CAMS student portal within a few days of submitting any changes to your schedule and notify the Registration Office if there are any problems.
