Alumni Experiences

Katie Hightower

“During my time at Gordon College and Gordon-Conwell, I gained a rich understanding both of theology and biblical studies, and how to apply Scripture to the world around me. The faculty at both institutions are people of deep character, modeling their commitment to Christ and the Church in how they live, learn, love, and lead. It was a joy to learn in an environment and part of the world with such a deep spiritual heritage, and among students and faculty who were as eager to engage with these conversations as I was!”

— Brynn Harrington (MDIV ‘18)

Daniel Hayner

“I am grateful to both Gordon College and also Gordon-Conwell for the role these institutions played in my spiritual and intellectual development… Gordon offered me a well rounded education in the liberal arts within a Christian framework and an understanding of vocation… Gordon-Conwell faculty and fellow classmates equipped me to be a responsible exegete and interpreter of scripture, sharpened my theological reflection, and gave me a greater appreciation for the tradition, history and mission of the local church. The ministry call that I first sensed as a Gordon undergrad was deepened as an MDiv student at Gordon-Conwell.”

— Daniel Hayner (MDIV ‘16)
