Welcome to the LS2 Public Access Catalog Tutorials page. The topics found here will help you in getting around and utilizing the the library's featured catalog to the fullest.   

Search Methods

  • Basic Search - search by word or phrase, name or title, location, or category. 

  • Advanced Search - provides options for searching multiple categories simultaneously.

  • Title Details - an understanding of the available details from search results. 

  • Item Availability - Gordon-Conwell is home to four campus libraries. Learn how locate items at one or several of our libraries.     

  • Search Suggestions - located underneath the search term field box on the Titles search page, suggestions offers a list of words and/or phrases that are similar to your search term. 

  • Sort Results - sort search results by Relevance, Title, Author, Publication Date, and Borrowing Rating. 

  • Download an eBook - the library makes over 9,000 full-text books available for download through the library catalog. 

My Account Features (LS2 PAC)

To log-in to My Account the patron number is your student ID or guest card number. The PIN is the last 4 digits of that number. (Example: 130496 / 0496) Please contact the library if your information does not work.

  • Account Activity Summary - view Current Loans, Renew loans, Rate titles, Write reviews, and print loans directly from your library account. 

  • Tagging is the process of assigning personal keywords ("tags") to items.

  • Save Searches and Lists - save searches for future reference. Save lists that can be exported to a bibliography or printed.

  • Placing holds from your library account is not available at this time. For instructions on placing holds, please go here.
