Compass can help you equip high school students to lead and minister. We need you to help us find them. That's why we are asking you to be on the lookout for high school students who have leadership and ministry potential and to nominate them to the Compass program. Candidates are typically high school juniors, and recommendations are typically made during the fall and winter of the candidate’s junior year in high school. Exceptional sophomores and seniors may also be nominated and apply. You can recommend a student now by filling out the Online Recommendation Form.
Each spring 27 high school students are selected to participate in Compass. Candidates selected for the 2010 Compass program will kick off their Compass experience at the 2010 RMI, June 23 to July 22. Applications for the 2010 Compass program must be submitted by March 15, 2010. Students who apply by February 15, 2010, will receive a $200 credit toward their cost if they are selected to participate. Applications are free and can be downloaded here.
