March 11, 2013

With listeners of all ages, races and socio-economic brackets across the U.S. and abroad, the hip hop movement demands the attention of today’s churches; it is a cultural phenomenon with which churches leaders of all races must engage.

Gordon-Conwell’s Black Student Association (BSA) presents, “The Church and Hip Hop,” a prayer breakfast and forum on Saturday, March 16, 2013.

Join host Patrick Smith and panelists Dr. Jim Singleton, Dean Borgman, DJ Lady Grace, along with special guest speaker Dr. Emmett Price of Northeastern University to dialogue about how and why to engage hip hop culture in the church.
