Please note that we use a rolling admissions process here, so there is no specific application deadline.  However, some scholarships, federal aid, and housing are time-sensitive.  For more information, please see our Admissions Procedure page or see the dates below.

November 30, 2010          International students application deadline to be considered for int'l scholarships

February, 2010                   Billy Graham/Trustee Scholarship Agreement form sent to all reserved students

February 16, 2010              Guaranteed On-Campus Housing Deadline (First 30 Applicants)*

March 1, 2010                     Housing Priority Processing for New International Students

March 15, 2010                  Housing Priority Processing for U.S. Citizens

April 15, 2010                      Federal Aid Priority Processing Deadline

April 15, 2010                      Partnership Program Applications Due for Fall Semester

April 16, 2010                      Pierce Fellowship Scholarship Application Due

April 21-24, 2010                Discover Gordon-Conwell (Open House)

May 1, 2010                          Application deadline to be considered for merit-based scholarships

June 1, 2010                        Recipients of merit-based scholarships notified

July 21, 2010                       Stafford Loan Application Final Due Date

*Gordon-Conwell will guarantee a space in our on-campus housing for the first 30 Fall 2010 applicants who pay the matriculation fee and complete a housing application by February 16, 2010.  The Housing Office cannot guarantee a specific size or location of the apartment or dorm.  Applicants must meet the eligibility requirements outlined on the Housing page of the website.
