Dr. Laniak has served as a missionary in 15 countries in Europe, Asia and the Middle East, and has worked cross-culturally at institutions in Boston. He is Director of Shepherd Leader Ministries (www.shepherdleader.com), a ministry focused on equipping leaders to think biblically about their roles.

Dr. Grams has spent much of the past 20 years overseas as a missionary in theological education in Kenya, Ethiopia, Croatia, Singapore and the United Kingdom. Currently, he is a lecturer in New Testament at the International Baptist Theological Seminary in Prague, where he is also a research tutor and a supervisor in the doctoral program.

Dr. Klipowicz comes to Gordon-Conwell—Charlotte from Chicago, where he was Director of Ministries for WCFC-TV38. Prior to his work in television programming, he was Associate Director of the Church Law and Tax Report in Matthews, NC. Much of his ministry has focused on developing professional and educational training seminars for ministers and students.
