Q: I am having trouble accessing my CAMS student portal, what can I do?

Please make sure that you have done the following steps: 

  • Please go to the CAMS Student Portal (https://cams-web.gordonconwell.edu/estudent)
  • If you have troubling logging in to the CAMS Student Portal, please try adding GCTS\ before your username
  • If it is mentioning something about a domain name, you are using the wrong slash, please use GCTS\  not GCTS/
  • Please make sure you are not using Internet Explorer 6 or lower, older browsers may not work. We recommend either Internet Explorer 7,  Mozilla Firefox, or Safari.

Q:  I can get into the CAMS student portal, but I don't see my class.

Make sure that you are in the correct semester. You will see the semester and a change button in the upper left hand corner.

Q:  I can see my class, but no documents are posted

Please contact the professor of that class, as they may not have enabled students to access the documents yet.

Q:  How do I get an email address?

After you have matriculated, you will be assigned an email address automatically. If the registrar has sent you a note about having email sent to your Gordon-Conwell email account, most likely, you already have an address made for you.  Your email address will always be  yourusername@gcts.edu If you do not know your email address, username or password, you can contact the helpdesk.
