Helpdesk

At Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, the Helpdesk exists to enable the staff to minister effectively to Gordon-Conwell students through the creation and maintenance of IT and Media infrastructures that serve the needs of the students, faculty, and staff.  

IT Helpdesk workers include team members from the IT Helpdesk, Media Services, Network Administrators, and the Chief Information Officer.
