The IT Service Desk exists to enable staff and faculty to minister effectively to Gordon-Conwell students through the creation and maintenance of IT and media infrastructures. As the front line of the IT department, we are a tech support resource for students, faculty, and staff. We are here to serve you!

In other words, you can call us when you forget your CAMS password or when you cannot access your email. If you need help with Sakai, our Learning Management System, we can assist with that as well. We are the one-stop shop for all of the seminary's technology.

Please check this website for updates and CUME 211's office door for the current Boston schedule. Note that on Saturdays, we have one technician working in either Hamilton or Boston. On Friday evenings, we only work from Hamilton.
