Steps for submitting your registration form via e-mail:
- Open the appropriate form above using Adobe Reader (available free at adobe.com).
- Fill out the highlighted fields on the form.
- To sign the form, click on the signature field and select "A new digital ID . . ." and click Next. Then select "New PKCS#12 digital ID" and click Next. Enter your name and e-mail address in the fields provided and click Next. Enter a password and click Finish. A new dialogue box will ask you to reenter your password in order to sign the document.
- Save the form to your computer and e-mail it to semlink@gcts.edu.
If you are an international student, you will also want to e-mail this form to Student Life Services at jnichols@gordonconwell.edu.
