The decision to pursue a seminary education is an important
one, and the Housing Office is available and committed to assist you with your
housing needs and what for many of you will be a transition to a new climate.
Located on Boston's historic North Shore, Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary is situated on a beautiful hill in the midst of an 118 acre campus in the town of South Hamilton. Take a moment and see the campus for yourself on our on-line campus tour.
There are 211 apartments available on campus. The apartments (studio, one,
two and three bedrooms in six campus buildings) are unfurnished. Each apartment
is equipped with a stove, refrigerator and a disposal. (Apartments are available
for occupancy for new students on June 15 for Summer/ Fall and January 15 for
Spring.)
There are six dormitories on campus - four men's and two women's. Dormitory rooms for single students include large and small single rooms and double rooms. All dormitory residents are required to participate in the Board Plan.

Full - time students enrolled in a degree program must take at least seven
courses (21 credit hours) towards their degree per lease year (i.e. from June
1 through May 31; Summer I through Spring) to be eligible for on-campus housing.
Of these seven courses, at least one must be taken in the fall and spring semesters,
respectively.
New students who are on special scholarship (i.e. Partnership, Ambassador, Edwards, Graham, MACO, Minority, Team Ministry and Trustee) will be given assignment priority for on-campus housing.
Due to the increased demand for on-campus housing, new students are encouraged to consider the possibility of off-campus housing options. The Housing Office continually experiences the joy of seeing God's faithfulness in meeting the needs of students through His provision of housing both on and off-campus. The Housing Office maintains a list of off-campus rental opportunities in the area and is ready to assist in any way possible. Once a student has matriculated, the off-campus housing list can be accessed via My.GordonConwell.edu, or please contact the Housing Office for further information at (978) 646 - 4061.
Single students who would like to consider off-campus housing and would like to share an apartment with another student are encouraged to go to "Roommate Match" on My.GordonConwell.edu. On Roommate Match, you will be able to post a listing for a roommate, view listings of other students and communicate directly with each other regarding the possibility of rooming together off-campus.
