Encouraging, Equipping, and Empowering pastors to flourish in their personal lives and pastoral leadership<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Ministry in the 21st century is tough. Decline, disillusionment, distrust, and discouragement all impact our ability to lead congregations. Many pastors continue to report loneliness and exhaustion in ministry, while also describing a lack of supportive and mentoring relationships. Thriving In Ministry exists to address these issues, helping pastors to develop life giving practices that foster communion with Christ, competency in ministry, and community with other pastors.<\/p>\n
