Vision:  

Equipping and encouraging students and mentors for maximum impact, maximum fulfillment, and maximum experience with Christ. 

Mission:

Pairing student and mentors of similar background and experience so that mentors grow in their ability to coach servant leaders and students persevere in their call to Gordon-Conwell and ministry.  The Onward mentoring commitment is for two semesters (one school year).
