Program Overview

The Master of Arts in Global Leadership (MAGL) provides a foundational theological degree for students interested in missiological foundation for leadership in a global context. Designed to prepare women and men for a wide variety of mission and non-profit settings, upon completion students will be able to faithfully comprehend, interpret and apply the Bible within their own lives and will be prepared to serve in various leadership roles in those settings.

  • Up to 66% (10 courses) can be completed online
  • Because Gordon-Conwell strongly values the spiritual formation that takes place as a result of the interaction between professors and other students, the remaining 6 courses can be completed through three (3) summer intensive residencies.
  • Full-time, residential students are eligible for Hamilton-based scholarships
