Biography:
Dr. Bouthillette (Ron) specializes in Church Leadership and Revitalization. He has a passion for churches in New England, especially those in mainline denominations.

Dr. Bouthillette has written several articles for his denomination concerning church revitalization. He has a passion for mentoring new pastors, many of whom are throughout New England and some as far as California.  Dr. Bouthillette has also been involved in training pastors in southern India.

As an adjunct professor in Practical Theology, Dr. Bouthillette teaches courses in pastoral ministry, leadership and church revitalization. He has pastored churches large and small for almost 40 years.  He brings this experience in pastoral ministry to his courses and in his mentoring ministry.  Dr. Bouthillette is the Associate Executive Minister in Leadership in his denomination in the New England region.  He is also involved in church consulting. He is currently the lead pastor at the Bridge Community Church in Milford, New Hampshire.

He is married to Cathy Bouthillette.  They have two grown children and six grandchildren.
