Cooley Center Spring 2019 Lecture Series: "Can We Know the Exact Words of God?" with speaker Dr. Peter Williams

Dr. Peter Williams, Director of Tyndale House Study Centre in Cambridge, England, will speak on the topic "Can we Know the Exact Words of God?" In his first lecture on Thursday, January 24, he will give us an in-depth look at the reliability of the Old Testament text as we have it. On the second night, Friday, January 25, he will make the fascinating case that Jesus delivered some of his public speeches in Greek rather than Aramaic. Therefore, we possess his very words in the Greek originals of the Gospels.
