This fall, Dr. Adonis Vidu, Andrew Mutch Distinguished Professor of Theology, published an article with The Gospel Coalition (TGC) highlighting Romans 8 and how the Trinity is involved in prayer. He further explores ways Christians can enter into a steady rhythm of prayer.

He admits that “prayer will often feel like travail unless we learn how to be in sync with a movement that’s already happening in God. […] Deep, authentic prayer is difficult.” He offers guidance for how to overcome this difficulty and deepen one’s relationship with God through prayer.

This upcoming spring, Dr. Vidu will also be speaking at TGC’s annual conference—the theme for 2025 being, “Alive Together: Faithful Living in a Faithless Age.”
