Fall and Spring Semester Payment Options:
There are various payment deadlines for the Fall and Spring semesters. Please be aware that there are fees and account holds associated with these deadlines. All accounts must be paid in full by the final deadline. Please view your campus' Academic Calendar for specific deadlines and fees.
Summer Semester Payment Options:
Payment of Bills
Tuition and fees for the Summer 2011 semesters are due August 19, 2011. Students who have not paid in full by August 19 will be in danger of being de-registered for their Fall classes.

Payment by Credit or Debit Card
- You may pay your balance by credit or debit card online through your CAMS student portal at any time. Click here to view instructions.
- You may pay your balance by credit or debit card by phone. Call Student Accounts at (978) 646-4049 or (978) 646-4046.
- You may pay your balance by credit or debit card in person. Come to the Cashier's window (Kerr 321) at the Hamilton Campus. Hours: 9:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday) 10:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. (Wednesday)
Payment by Check or Money Order
- By Mail - Please send payment to the Hamilton Campus Student Accounts office:

Payment by Cash
- This form of payment is only accepted in person at the Hamilton Campus' cashier window.
Credit Balances
Credits created by outside support may also be withdrawn at any time but the student accounts office must have permission on file from your donor(s) which authorizes Gordon-Conwell to release the money to you for your personal use.
