  • Congratulations to Justin Mills, who was named principle of Pineville Christian Academy in Louisiana beginning in the 2024–25 academic year. A six-year veteran of the National Guard, Mills shared that it “brings him no greater joy than to help equip and lead this next generation in biblical truth.”

Jeffrey Bell (MDiv ’82) 

  • Congratulations to alumnus, Jeffrey Bell, on the announcement of his retirement after 40 faithful years in ministry. He served churches in Newton, MA, Cumberland, MD, Horseheads, NY and Virginia Beach, VA and also served as a Chaplain (LTC) in the U.S. Army National Guard.

  • Congratulations to alumnus, Jim Benson on being appointed Senior Pastor at Cranberry Community United Presbyterian Church (PA) after almost eight years of faithful service at Good Shepherd Presbyterian Church (Rock Island, IL).

  • Congratulations to our alumnus, William Bronson, on establishing Enlighten Education Co-op (EEC), a non-profit organization in Florida whose goal is to improve educational outcomes of K-12 public school students.

Pastor Jason Dampier (MDiv ’17)

  • Congratulations to our alumnus, Jason Dampier, for accepting a call to become Pastor at Word of God Lutheran Church in Sharpsburg, GA. His primary area of focus is youth and family, but he serves all areas of ministry.

  • Congratulations to our alumnus, David Delozier, for earning his PhD in Leadership from Alvernia University. Congratulations are extended to David and his wife, Lisa, in celebration of their 40th wedding anniversary.

  • Congratulations to two of our alums, Dr. Carmen Imes and Dr. Sandra Richter on each receiving a Jesus Creed 2020 Book Award in Old Testament for their books Bearing God’s Name (Imes), and Stewards of Eden (Richter).

  • Congratulations to alumnus Arithung Kikon who was involved in launching Highview Baptist Theological Seminary in 2019 in Nagaland, India.

Dr. Angel L. Velez Oyola (ThM ’10)

  • Congratulations to our alumnus, Angel Velez, for earning a Doctor of Ministry degree from the Theological School of Drew University. Dr. Velez’s studies for this program addressed the future development of the Ministry of Prisons in Puerto Rico and its socio-educational impact.

  • Congratulations to our alumnus, Stanley W. Schultz, Jr., in his recent retirement from pastoring at Faith Baptist Church in Stoughton, MA since 1995. He and his wife, Rhonda, have relocated to Lino Lakes, MN.

Andrew Shriver (MACH ’98)

  • Congratulations to our alumnus, Andrew Shriver, for marking 15 years of service as an Army Chaplain. Through this position, Andrew is now contributing to the development of regional religious dynamic studies all around the world for Dept. of Defense Senior Chaplain Leaders.

  • Elizabeth Ostling married Duane Klein on November 28, 2020 at the Sussex Christian Reformed Church in Sussex, NJ. She has changed her name to Elizabeth Klein, and she and Duane are living in Jamaica Plain, MA.
