Ministry in the 21st century is tough. Decline, disillusionment, distrust, and discouragement all impact our ability to lead congregations. Many pastors continue to report loneliness and exhaustion in ministry, while also describing a lack of supportive and mentoring relationships. Thriving In Ministry exists to address these issues, helping pastors to develop life giving practices that foster communion with Christ, competency in ministry, and community with other pastors.

Thriving in Ministry is led by a full-time Director, Rev. David Crosby, DMin. In addition, Gordon-Conwell alumni serve as Pastor Mentors, leading our Pastor Cohort and Residency programs.
