COVID-19 Response

In response to COVID-19, Tech Services offices on all campuses are physically closed. Our staff and student workers are actively providing remote support during the regular business hours listed in the “Contact Us” section of this page.

  • To request remote support, please email [email protected] or call the relevant phone number listed below under the “Contact Us” section of this page. We are still receiving emails and calls.
  • GCTS employees can still schedule in-person appointments for critical computer needs related to their work. If you require in-person support, please request and schedule this in advance by emailing [email protected] or calling the campus Tech Services phone number.

The Technology Services department exists to enable staff and faculty to minister effectively to Gordon-Conwell students through the creation and maintenance of IT and media infrastructures. We are a tech support resource for staff, faculty, and students. We are here to serve you!
