The students of this course will study the tools necessary to develop timeless, biblically sound leadership skills for a church of any size, in any generation. Specifically, this class will assist the students in evaluating their own current ministry context to determine what is or is not working. Then it will offer strategies, systems, and structures that they can incorporate into their ministry so that they can lead their church’s staff, servant-leaders, servant-helpers, and body of believers to become relevant and resilient in carrying out the Great Commission.
