Leaders in ministry are pressured to produce large, famous things as fast as possible. But the things that matter most in the lives of those we serve require small, mostly overlooked graces over a longer period of time. Pastoring and preaching are best when seen as acts of love and wonder hovering within the ordinary lives of particular people. This means we also need wisdom. When competing cultural questions, political voices, and individual doubts rise, it can feel more difficult to know which voices belong with Jesus, and how to wisely help others hear his voice and biblically follow him. In these conversations, Dr. Zack Eswine will spur you on to taste the goodness of wiser loves and skills for your life and ministry.
