Gordon-Conwell is pleased to announce the addition of Joy Li as Assistant Project Manager for the Pivot. Joy brings extensive experience in business, finance, and project management to this role in which she supports Project Manager Dr. Ken Barnes and works alongside the Transition Committee.

In addition to over a decade of strategy work across the non-profit and for-profit sectors, Joy holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance & Economics from New York University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School. As a current student in our Master of Arts in Counseling (MACO) program, she will also apply a unique student perspective to her role.

“Joy is another example of God’s providence in this Pivot,” says Dr. Barnes. “Her skills, especially in financial modeling and timeline management, are extremely valuable to us in this stage. Her experience highlights the ways in which faith and work intersect for the Kingdom.”
