Gordon-Conwell offers opportunities for Advanced Standing towards general core requirements based on successful completion of competency exams and/or on previous coursework:
Students who demonstrate proficiency in Bible survey and language competency exams will receive Advanced Standing in these areas.
Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary also grants Advanced Standing to graduates from CCCU (Council of Christian Colleges and Universities) member schools or ABHE (Association for Biblical Higher Education) accredited institutions.

If you are a graduate of a regionally accredited CCCU school and meet the requirements listed below, you are eligible for Advanced Standing credit for up to 25% of your program in the Gordon-Conwell Master of Divinity (M.Div.):
