Christianity in Central Asia & Religions on the Silk Road

Join the Center for the Study of Global Christianity on Tuesday, March 23rd in Alumni Hall and on live-stream from 12:00-1:30 for the Spring 2021 Forum on Christianity in Central Asia and to learn more about Religions on the Silk Road course (May 25 – June 16th, 2022). Hear from guest speakers Barakatullo Ashurov and Feruza Krason on their experience with Christianity in Central Asia and their contributions to the recently published Edinburgh University Press volume on Christianity in South and Central Asia. Hear from Elizabeth Fortkamp about her experience with Religions on the Silk Road in 2018 and how you can spend three weeks in Uzbekistan in the Summer of 2022 learning about the culture and religious history of the Silk Road, led by Dr. Todd Johnson.
