The Northeast Region of the Evangelical Theological Society (ETS) will hold its Annual Meeting on Saturday, March 16, 2024. The theme is “Appreciating Genre & Rhetoric in the New Testament.” The keynote speaker will be Dr. Jeannine K. Brown, professor of New Testament, and the MDiv Program Director, at Bethel Seminary, St. Paul, MN. She is well known for her work on the Gospels, and has authored several commentaries and books, including Scripture as Communication: Introducing Biblical Hermeneutics, (Baker Academic, 2nd edition, 2021).
