About the Course
Explore how the gospel is communicated across cultures in this three-weekend course on evangelism and discipleship taught by President Scott Sunquist. Each weekend, meet at a local church as President Sunquist rotates teaching locations. Together, you’ll examine how Jesus shared the message of peace and reconciliation with diverse people in his ministry and how our own contexts shape how we engage in evangelism and discipleship today.

There will be three locations to participate in this course, with one weekend being taught live at each location and digitally from the other two:

About the Professor
Dr. Scott Sunquist is president and professor of missiology at Gordon-Conwell. His main scholarly interests include Christian mission, evangelism, and world Christian history. He is the author of The Shape of Christian History, Why Church, and The Unexpected Christian Century among other books and articles.
