David will share his journey from New Jersey to Japan, where God shaped his call through short-term missions, deepened his love for the Japanese people, and eventually led him to pursue intercultural studies at Gordon-Conwell. Hear how God is at work in Japan, the challenges and joys of disciple-making in a highly secular context, and key lessons from his ministry with OMF as he serves through language learning, outreach, discipleship, and worship ministry.

Additionally, Dr. Brent Burdick, adjunct professor of Missions and co-assistant director of the J Christy Wilson, Jr. Center for World Missions at Gordon-Conwell, will reflect on Media and Technology in the Church.
