“Your support of Gordon-Conwell represents support of our students. It represents support of our faculty. It represents support of our mission. It represents support of the Great Commission. And it represents your generosity. Thank you for advancing Christ’s Kingdom through Gordon-Conwell.”

– Vice President of Advancement Brian Gardner

Daniel Vogelzang, Trustee

“Life can be incredibly hard and often feel hopeless, even for those of us who have Jesus as our savior and have been blessed with so much abundance! This is the gap that God has called men and women to minister to—the hard and difficult spaces in the workplace, the counseling session, the pulpit, and the mission field. As a Trustee, I am deeply thankful for the donors who enable Gordon-Conwell’s students to answer God’s call. Your gifts open the door for these men and women to be prepared with solid theological training, deep formation through the spiritual disciplines, and compassionate and courageous biblical truths. Students are shaped with Christ’s heart for mission, ready to go wherever they are called.”

Zachary Melton (MATS Student)

“My time at Gordon-Conwell has been transformational in three significant ways. First, I have been challenged theologically and culturally to step out of my comfort zone to think deeply about topics of concern to the Church and the world. Secondly, Gordon-Conwell has equipped me to engage with scripture in a deeper and more meaningful way. Lastly, participating in seminary part-time has given me time to learn and apply in my everyday life, and this has led to greater spiritual. I am deeply grateful that the Partnership Program has enabled me to have this transformational experience debt-free.”

Lark Kelsey (ThM Student)

“Although I had studied the Bible for 20 years, my courses at Gordon-Conwell opened my eyes to how the historical context impacts our understanding of the scriptures, and it inspired fresh love for the biblical texts. My studies helped me to think through the scriptures theologically while broadening my appreciation for the global church. God used the Partnership Program to remind me that I can always trust him to provide the support I need to follow him. My transformed perspective has given me permission to consider stepping into new possibilities for God’s call on my life. Currently, I am completing a ThM and applying for PhD programs where I plan to research healthy spiritual communities as I prepare for broader work in ministry. Thank you for empowering students like me to be fully equipped for the good works God has set before us.”

Dr. Quonekuia Day, Assistant Professor of Old Testament

“The best part of teaching my classes at Gordon-Conwell is the diversity they offer. The students come from various ethnic groups, backgrounds, and situations. When we gather to study God’s word, the students bring their diverse experiences to the classroom. This allows me to teach people how to apply the text in various contexts. The text speaks to the single parent managing a household and trusting God, to the young couple starting a church, and to the youth leader addressing identity issues with their young people. Gordon-Conwell reminds me that the gospel is bigger than one person and context. It’s not about me: it’s about us! When you give to Gordon-Conwell, you can be certain that your gift impacts the diverse body of Christ worldwide, whether the student is at South Hamilton, Boston, Charlotte Network Ed, or Jacksonville.”
