Join us on Saturday, June 6, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Washington Street Baptist Church in Lynn, MA for a practical workshop focused on developing meaningful, cross-cultural engagement in global missions. Led by Sharon R. Hoover (MATS ’24), this event will equip individuals and teams to discern their role in God’s global vision through teaching, collaboration, and hands-on exercises.

Participants will learn from experienced mission leaders, connect with other churches, and begin building a clear pathway toward engaging frontier communities. Light refreshments will be provided.

Presenters

Sharon R. Hoover (MATS ’24) served the church for over 30 years in discipleship and missions. She combines ministry experience with biblical insight, consulting and contributing to books and articles. Passionate about helping people serve well, she authored Mapping Church Missions: A Compass for Mission Strategy and is serving as a project lead for Frontier Fellowship’s Church Toolkit. She is a graduate of Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.
