We are excited to invite you to join us for a webinar to explore Gordon-Conwell’s new Doctor of Ministry track in Pastoral Counseling & Soul Care, led by Dr. Rodney Cooper and Dr. Robert Crosby on Monday, February 9th, 2026, at 7 p.m. This closed cohort launches in June 2026 and will not open again for three years. In a time when pastors face unprecedented challenges of anxiety, loneliness, trauma, and congregational health, this program is designed to equip ministry leaders with a biblical, holistic philosophy of counseling and soul care—for themselves, their churches, and their communities.

This track is ideal for full-time and bi-vocational pastors, chaplains, missionaries, and parachurch leaders seeking to integrate counseling and soul care within a ministry context (not for clinical counseling licensure).

• Develop a theology and strategy for holistic soul care in church settings.
• Gain practical tools for counseling, mentoring, and referral in ministry contexts.
• Participate in a supportive cohort learning model with nationally recognized leaders.
