Resilience: How Not to be Branded by Discouragement
9:30–11 a.m.
We all experience times and even seasons of discouragement. This is especially true for those of us who are called to lead. However, it is the choices and decisions we make when we are discouraged that will help us recapture our perspective and courage. In this forum we will identify those choices.

Session Two for Pastors
Resilience: Leadership as an Identity
2:00–3:30 p.m.
Distinctively Christian leadership is more than influence. It is prophetic and incarnational. Leaders are to be portraits of the desired destination at which others should arrive. In this forum, we will discuss the four traits of those who would wield lasting influence.
Dr. Crawford Loritts, Jr.—pastor, mentor, speaker, author.
Dr. Loritts’ ministry work has given him the opportunity to travel throughout the United States and much of the world, speaking in churches, evangelistic outreaches, conferences, colleges, and seminaries. He has been the featured speaker at Super Bowls, NCAA Final Four Chapel, and the Pentagon with senior military officers.
Crawford has been a church planter, served for twenty-seven years on the staff of Cru (Campus Crusade for Christ) and served for fifteen years as Senior Pastor of Fellowship Bible Church in Roswell, Georgia.
As President and Founder of Beyond Our Generation, Crawford is committed to encouraging, mentoring, and helping to shape the next generation of Christian leaders.
