How do I apply for an open position?
We list all open student, staff, and faculty positions on our Career Center. After finding a job that fits your skills and talents, please click on the blue apply button to begin your electronic application. You will be asked to enter contact information, answer a series of questions, and for staff and faculty positions, submit required materials. All applicants are asked to read and affirm our Community Life Statement and Statement of Faith. All positions are open until filled.
How do I know if a position is still accepting applications?
All positions listed on our Career Center are accepting applications, unless otherwise noted. We remove listings once positions have been filled.
How do I know if my application materials have been received?
Once you submit your online application through our Career Center, you should receive an email that confirms this. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours of your submission, please contact our office at [email protected]. We may follow up with you to request additional documents.
Where are jobs located?
Gordon-Conwell has four campuses located in South Hamilton, Massachusetts; Boston, Massachusetts; Charlotte, North Carolina; and Jacksonville, Florida. Each job listing will specify where the position is located. Occasionally we have remote opportunities available, too.
What can I do if there are no open positions that interest me?
Our Talent Community is just the right space to showcase your skills and talents while you wait for the right opportunity. By creating a profile within the Talent Community, we will be able to notify you when relevant jobs become available.
Where can I post a job for students or alumni?
If you are a local employer looking to post a job for students or alumni, please refer to MinistryList.com for ministry related positions. All other types of positions may be posted on our online job board here.
