Prospective and current employees will affirm our Community Life Statement and Statement of Faith, and also demonstrate, through employment-related behavior and general lifestyle, the following:

  • Active participation in a local church body with a willingness to participate in worship and prayer within the seminary community
  • An attitude of patience and gentleness toward others in the seminary community
  • An eagerness to serve responsibly in the capacity hired with steadfastness in daily punctuality and consistent attendance
  • Behavior patterns which would not negatively influence others or bring disgrace to the name of Christ
  • Proper respect for seminary policies and procedures as outlined in the Staff Handbook
  • The ability to accept correction and constructive criticism with a desire to grow
