Online Loan Counseling

Federal Direct Student Loans

Entrance Counseling

Students are required to complete an online, 20-30-minute entrance counseling before a loan is released to them. The purpose is to inform students of their rights and obligations as a student borrower.

Direct Loan Entrance Counseling

Exit Loan Counseling

Students are required to complete an online exit counseling when they graduate, attend less than half-time, or withdraw. The purpose is to provide repayment information including payment plan options.

To review your student loan history, find current balances, or find contact information for your loan servicer,  log into your Federal Student Aid account with your FAFSA ID.
