Financial aid offers are tentatively scheduled to be emailed beginning May 15th and will continue to be issued on a rolling basis.

After receiving a financial aid offer, the student must complete and sign the Loan Acceptance Statement and return it to the Financial Aid Office. New borrowers at GCTS must also sign a promissory note and complete a loan counseling tutorial. Refer to Apply for Financial Aid for more information about how to complete the promissory note and loan counseling tutorial.

| May 1, 2025 | Priority deadline to apply for student loans. Complete the FAFSA and GCTS Financial Aid Application by this date. See Apply for Financial Aid for instructions. Applications received after May 1st will be processed on an ongoing basis. |
