Dr. Zurlo’s New Book Features the Latest Research on Global Christianity
Dr. Gina Zurlo, Adjunct Faculty of World Christianity & Mission and Co-Director of the Center for the Study of Global Christianity (CSGC), recently published her latest book, Global Christianity: A Guide to the World’s Largest Religion from Afghanistan to Zimbabwe. It presents the most up-to-date research on the state of Christianity throughout the world and features it in an accessible format that includes at-a-glance charts and maps. Combining data from the United Nations and research from the CSGC, Dr. Zurlo guides readers in learning about the global church from a variety of different perspectives and fields of study—including historical, religious, sociological, and political contexts.
According to the publisher, Zondervan Academic, “This resource will satisfy those looking for background on the global church and equip individuals and churches to strategically pray for, give to, and unite with fellow Christians around the world.”
