Check out the following article at Bible Archaeology Report for the top three (actually 4!) discoveries in biblical archaeology for January 2022.  These discoveries are dated to the Late Bronze and Iron Ages, and include discoveries related to two Egyptian pharaohs, the presence of parasites at a 7th-century BC “royal estate” in Jerusalem, and an amulet recovered from Joshua’s Altar on Mt. Ebal.

The purpose of the Cooley Center is to explore the historical foundations of the Christian faith. This is accomplished by several means, one of which is providing resources that explore archaeology in the Middle East during biblical times.
