We recommend you begin to apply 6 months to a year before the residency starts, since the application process, including payment of the matriculation fee, must be complete before preparatory work can begin.
We also recommend that International Students should apply at least 8 months to a year before a residency begins to allow time to process any visa requirements, especially for cohorts with residencies scheduled in the U.S.
