A Supporting Ligament to Serve the Centers of
Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary

The Gordon-Conwell Institute (GCI) serves and equips God’s missionary people for the renewal of the Church and its faithful participation in God’s mission.

Gordon-Conwell Institute is comprised of a number of centers, initiatives, and global partners who support the Church and equip Kingdom workers with practical skills to impact the world.

The Gordon-Conwell Institute was originally established in 1987 named after Harold J. Ockenga, Gordon-Conwell’s first president.  The Ockenga Institute was renamed the Gordon-Conwell Institute in 2021.
